A walk through the home
Nothing here is a waiting room. Every space is meant to be used — for meals, for company, for exercise, or for an afternoon alone with a book.
Deep sofas, lamplight, and windows onto the lanai. There is a room for company and a room for quiet, and residents are free to choose either.
Meals are cooked here, in an open kitchen residents can see into — not delivered from somewhere out of sight. There is a private dining room for family occasions.
A screened pool kept usable most of the year, and a covered lanai for the hours when Florida is at its best — early morning and late evening.
Bathing should never be the hardest part of someone’s day. A walk-in tub with a seat and rails, a whirlpool spa, and grab bars throughout make it safe and genuinely restful.
Two and a half acres of lawn, native planting, and a pond that brings herons and Florida wildlife to the edge of the garden. Fishing rods are welcome.
