Support is agreed before a resident moves in, written down, and revisited as things change — because needs at eighty-two are rarely the needs at eighty-five.
We listen first
Before anything is agreed, we sit down with the family and, wherever possible, the resident. What does a good day look like? What do they want to keep doing themselves?
We write it down
Personal care, medication timings, mobility, diet, and the routines that matter are recorded so every caregiver on every shift works from the same understanding.
We revisit it
Needs change. When they do, we talk to the family rather than quietly adjusting the plan, so nobody learns about a change after the fact.
